Some new and old development starting up in the Town of Clay over the next few weeks and months. The warehouse on Morgan Road will be breaking ground shortly—the contents of the Liverpool Country Club were auctioned off on March 10 & 11. The tenant should be announced shortly.
Chick-Fil-A Inc and Raymour & Flannigan Furniture, LLC has been granted the approval for drive in service for the former Pizzeria Uno at 4000 State Route 31 and will operate as CNY’s second Chick-fil-A restaurant.
There is a public hearing on March 16th for the application for two 3-story 24 unit apartment building and improvements for the property located at 8396 Morgan Road. The hearing will start at 7:35 pm at the Clay Town Hall at 4401 Route 31—all Clay residents may attend.
