Thank you to all who were involved with the creation of the first Bayberry Christmas Tree Lighting, and to all who could attend and enjoy the event! Thank you for making it the success that it was! We were thrilled with the turnout, everything went pretty smoothly for a first-time affair and we’re taking notes for next year! A big shout out to Bagelicious, Antonio’s and Ben for providing delicious refreshments, To MCFD for their generous participation with two trucks and delivering Santa Claus (and thank you to Santa, too)!! To Power of Two for the fantastic music, to the Christ the King Choir and children involved in the Living Nativity – they sounded beautiful and looked adorable! To Fr. Fritzen for the beautiful Blessing of the Tree, to Mike Banks for emceeing and to all our volunteers for giving up your free time to take part in a special night for the community! Thank you’s also go to Kinney Drugs, China Wong and Bayberry Service Center for contributing to the gift basket raffle and Candy Jar Guess. Also to the staff at Bayberry Plaza LLC and Irongate Community Association for co-organizing the event.
