If you would like to send donations through the church, please note the region you wish to receive the funds by noting it on your check.
They also partner with Church World Services in taking in kind donations. UCC’s youth group will be organizing the collection of hygiene kits. You can donate individual items, or you may donate the kits already put together. Here is a list of items for each kit:
- One HAND towel (no fingertip, bath, dish towel or micro-fiber)
- One washcloth
- One wide-tooth comb removed from package
- One fingernail or toenail clipper removed from package
- One bath-size bar of soap in the wrapper
- One toothbrush in the package
- Ten standard size Band-Aids
All items need to fit inside a one-gallon plastic zipper closure bag. Remove the excess air from the bag and seal before boxing. Do NOT add any extra items or toothpaste. Shipping cost is $2.00 per kit to be paid by your church.
