In addition to discussing normal business and upcoming events, we will be discussing the future of your community association.

Due to the current lack of resident volunteers, the BCA must consider whether we can continue as an organization. We are in great need of several active residents with time to commit to the operation of the Association. This would include (but is not limited to) officers, dues collection coordinators, and others to help with communications and event coordination.

A very small group of dedicated community members have been trying to run and organize not only the “business” side of the BCA but also coordinate the 14+ events and activities it sponsors throughout the year. Due to various circumstances, a few of our longtime volunteers will be stepping back. We greatly appreciate the time and effort they have put into making Bayberry a great place to live. Its time now for  others to step up and help us continue providing for our Community.

If you are interested in volunteering or supporting the Bayberry Community Association and are unable to attend the meeting, please email us at [email protected].

Meetings are open to all residents. We hope to see you there!
