Farone & Sons Funeral, Inc. Funeral Home is waiting on a County traffic study to complete its site plan approval. The site is located at 4887 W.Taft Road east pf the Walgreens at Buckley Road. The site is six acres with a 10k square feet facility. Drawings of the proposed building were well received by the planning board.
Store America on Morgan Road (east side across from Annex/Elementary back driveway) is awaiting a traffic study from the County.
Both projects on Route 31 – Widewaters and Laker Development are working site plan changes.
In preliminary states is a possible Abbott’s Frozen Custard site on Wetzel Road near Liverpool High School.
Safety issues – after the recent unwanted activity in the Bayberry community I reached out to an international camera monitoring company and which has offered to give residents discounts up to $62 per unit if ordered in quantity.
