At the April 7, 2019 BCA Meeting, the Executive Board voted to change our yearly dues to $10.00. Raising the yearly dues will allow us to continue covering the increasing rates of our insurance and operating expenses, but more importantly, it helps us provide more activities to YOU…our neighbors. Below is an outline of the activities and events that your BCA membership dues payment provides. The services listed cannot be offered without your membership dues contribution. The below information includes instructions for mail-in or online payment of dues and, if desired, a voluntary donation to our student college scholarship fund.

Thank you for supporting your community association!

HOW TO PAY YOUR YEARLY DUES:

You can now pay your yearly dues online via PayPal. Visit our website at www.bayberrycommunity.org, look for the “Pay Now” button on the side and follow the instructions. Be sure to include your name and address! You can also help the BCA at any time by selecting the “Donate” button and contributing to our scholarship fund or other event/activity.
