We need a reliable volunteer to help us keep up with newsletter distributors. This person would need to:
- Attend BCA meetings and serve as a channel of communication between area representatives (they distribute the newsletters) and the Board of Director
- Maintain the Area Representatives roster and fill vacancies as they occur by advertising them in all Association media
- Maintain a roster of alternate representatives
- Watch for signs of newsletters not being distribute and follow up with those reps to see if they need help from an alternate
