Recently, there has been a county wide infestation of the Emerald Ash Borer and it is effecting some residents in Bayberry attacking ash trees. Sadly, some tree removal companies have given some residents quotes to remove infested “ash trees,” when in fact they were not ash trees at all. Joe McMullen, an Environmental Consultant and Botanist and Area Rep, has volunteered his services to inspect any tree a Bayberry resident might believe is an ash tree, but isn’t sure!
